VISION AND MISSION STATEMENT

Vision Statement

The vision of Vukanzunzele is to become part of the leading community development organisations in Langeberg Region and in the Western Cape, will work hand in hand with our Local Municipality and become well known by the communities in general where we run our projects with an attitude of reputable, reliable, honest, friendly and professional.

Mission Statement

With our philosophy, values and mission firmly in place, Vukanzunzele are heartened to promote, develop and preserve community development, education and training projects in our Region and in the Western Cape, especially projects that reflect:

The preservation, promotion and development of community development, education and training, cultural and linguistic diversity; Elements of networking between other organizations or communities with similar objectives; Support for the development of opportunities through networking and job prospects in education, training and cultural industry; and opportunities for research and conferences in the above industry’s.

We are also aware that it is in agreement that cooperation amongst stakeholders is critical in our collective effort to support projects aimed at uplifting communities where there is need for efficiently training, education, training and cultural support for sustainable development.

Our responsibility to our community’s we life in remain the principle focus of our operations and is defined by our corporate values.

We wish to establish ourselves as a reputable Education and Training Organisation which serves the greater society and contributes to building a strong economy for our country by creating jobs, empowering youth, disabled, women’s as well as creating a legacy through traditional infrastructure and projects.

JUMATH is one of the team member who is responsible for the smooth flow of all VUKANZUNZELE programs.

CATHLEEN HOPP

Deputy Program Director

CATHLEEN is the Deputy Program Director of VUKANZUNZELE she is also responsible for the Program Division of VUKA.

MARI LEE HOP

Charity and Child Funding Controller

MARI LEE is responsible for Charity and Child Funding Control one of her roles is to collect possible funders support packages she also run the organisation community outreach programs.
